BUTTERFLY GARDEN

The Butterfly Garden of the B&B Fonte di Zeno in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park on Elba Island is a nectar oasis amidst dense forests of chestnut, oak and strawberry trees.

It is located at an altitude of 311 meters not far from the medieval village Poggio on Monte Capanne in the northwest of the island.
In this enchanting landscape you can spend relaxing moments with family, friends or alone and explore the fantastic world of butterflies.
The garden is young, but well-equipped with plants for butterflies adapted to the eggs, caterpillars and pupae. You can axplore many kinds of butterflies with a thousand colors.
The butterfly garden is intended to demonstrate to all those who are interested the incredible importance of an extremely rich but now endangered biodiversity!
The scent of aromatic plants and the sound of the birds make up the extraordinary scenery, which is worth a visit!
